The property includes a covered dock on the creek with floating dock large enough to accommodate a 20'+ boat and/or jet skis. The dock has lights, running water and fish cleaning station. Crab traps are available for use. There is a public boat ramp is three doors down. You are walking distance from multiple seafood restaurants. The property is a large lot (over 1 acre) which can accommodate boats, trailers, extra autos, etc. The sleeping porch has a hammock. There are hookups for the hammocks in three areas, the sleeping porch, under the oak tree and on the dock.
