The Home
King's Krest home rental is a 1900 sq ft. family home that allows for vacation rental. Please note: Due to residential zoning, no house parties, weddings, or other similar events are permitted. We can suggest venues nearby.

Interior description: Bedrooms: 4 Bedrooms, Sleeps 11
Upstairs Sleeping Porch: porch is the perfect place for a nap in the hammock!
Bathrooms: 2 Full Bathrooms inside and 1 exterior bathroom and shower
2 Outside Showers against the house
Other Amenities
The vacation rental property includes a covered dock on the creek with floating dock large enough to accommodate a 20'+ boat and/or jet skis. The dock has lights, running water and fish cleaning station. Crab traps are available for use. There is a public boat ramp is three doors down. You are walking distance from multiple seafood restaurants known as The Marshwalk. The property is a large lot (over 1 acre) which can accommodate boats, trailers, extra autos, etc. The sleeping porch has a hammock. There are hookups for the hammocks in three areas, the sleeping porch, under the oak tree and on the dock.
